Refund Policy

FramesGame ships photoreal photos of you. If the pack doesn't deliver photos you can use — meaning none of them look like you — we make it right. Regenerate first. Full refund if the second pass still misses.
Your photos are the input
The AI editing only has the photos you upload to work from. If you upload sunglasses photos, group photos, heavy filters, or shots where your face isn't clearly visible, the output will reflect that — and the look-like-you refund only applies if you followed the upload guidelines. The guidelines are shown on the upload screen and repeated here:
- Don't uploadphotos with sunglasses, hats covering most of your face, group shots, heavy beauty filters, or wide shots where you're tiny in the frame.
- Do upload 5–10 recent photos at different angles, face clearly visible, mix of lighting and settings.
If you ignored the guidelines and the pack reflects that, the refund doesn't apply — but you can still re-upload and re-run from your dashboard with cleaner photos.
The look-like-you guarantee
If our AI editing didn't learn your face — meaning none of the photos in your pack look like the person in your uploaded photos — we will:
- Regenerate the pack at no charge. Different photo inputs, fresh pass through the pipeline. Most likeness issues come from a too-narrow set of uploaded photos and the regenerate flow fixes them.
- If the regenerated pack still doesn't deliver usable photos, full refund within 24 hours, no gauntlet, no fine print.
What's covered
- Pack-wide likeness gap. None of the photos in your pack look like you. Not "I prefer some over others" — actually unusable across the pack.
- The model produced unusable output (warped faces, wrong gender, wrong ethnicity, distorted features) across the pack.
- A technical failure on our end prevented delivery within 24 hours of upload.
What's not covered
- You uploaded photos against the guidelines. Sunglasses, hats covering your face, group photos, heavy filters, tiny-in-frame wide shots, or photos where your face isn't clearly visible. The AI editing can't recover identity from inputs like these. The upload screen warns about this before you submit.
- Some photos in the pack don't match your taste, but others do.A 30- or 100-photo pack always contains a mix — most customers find 8–10 they love. The regenerate flow (free, included with every pack) is built for fine-tuning the rest. Refunds apply when no photos work, not when you'd prefer different shots.
- You wanted a scene that wasn't in your setup selections. Same fix — regenerate with different prompts.
- You changed your mind after downloading the photos. Once you've downloaded, photos can be used anywhere, so the refund window closes.
How to request a refund
- Try the regenerate flow first.It's free, included with every pack, and resolves most likeness issues without waiting on a refund.
- If regeneration still doesn't deliver usable photos, email hello@framesgame.comfrom the address on your order. Tell us your order ID or the email you ordered from. (You don't need to attach screenshots — we have the photos on file.)
- We compare the generated photos against the photos you uploaded across the full pack. We're looking for a pack-wide likeness gap, not preference.
- If there's a real, pack-wide likeness gap and the regenerated pack still missed, we process the refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
Refund window
You have 7 days from the time your full pack is delivered to request a refund. After 7 days, the order is considered finalized.
What happens after a refund
- The full amount returns to your original payment method (typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank).
- Your generated photos are removed from your dashboard.
- Your uploaded photos and the AI-editing setup we kept on file are deleted.
Subscriptions
The optional $9/month fresh-shots subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. No partial refunds for unused time, but you keep the photos generated during the billing period.
Disputes & chargebacks
Please email us first — we resolve almost everything within 24 hours without anyone needing to involve their bank. If you file a chargeback before contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
